Here’s a quick overview of how our order processing & shipping work for Nine Times Bakery. We bake all our products to order and generally can ship orders placed before 12:00pm Central Time, Monday - Thursday, for delivery Tuesday through Saturday; We ship with UPS as well as pick-up at our location at The Hatchery in East Garfield Park (Chicago).
We do not generally ship orders if they will be in transit on Sunday. That means that, for some destinations, if you order on Thursday, your order may not be shipped until the following week.
There may be a time in which your Saturday delivery gets delayed until Monday, due to UPS weather or operations delays. All good! The products will still be fresh and delicious when they arrive!
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so you’ll need to use the street address of a post office if that’s the only way your recipient can get their mail.
Nine Times Bakery cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
Where do you ship?
We ship our products within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
All shipping options for your delivery address are displayed at checkout, along with exact prices.
Due to the highly perishable nature of our cookies, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.
What’s the best way to ensure my order arrives on a specific date?
Let's be honest, cookies, bars, cake balls, and cakes are the essential part of a party! That party can be all day any day for no reason at all. We recommend selecting a delivery date that is 1-2 days in advance of the day you need it. All our treats freeze beautifully and can be held in the freezer up to 6 weeks- just thaw at room temperature 2 hours before your event and they will be as good as fresh out of the oven!
Oops! I made a mistake placing my order. Can you help?
We've fat fingered a few orders in our day. All good! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make adjustments to your order. All you need to do is reply to your order confirmation and let us know what you would like to revise. If you need to reach us proactively, contact us at email@example.com or call us at 312-448-7921.
How do I place orders shipping to multiple addresses?
At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. For large orders of 10 or more items, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested order and we are happy to assist!
Where is my order?
You will get an e-mail at every step of the shipment process--when it has shipped, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. The shipping confirmation email will include the order’s tracking number, which you can click on to get shipping updates and details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add email@example.com to your contact list.
