Dairy Free Fats
We use avocado butter in all our cookies, bars, and cake balls. It is what makes our cookies chewy and crispy and melt-in-your mouth bars.Our cake balls use a mix of avocado butter and coconut oil to get that light, moist texture in the cake.
Our cookies and cake ball coatings use dairy free, certified kosher semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate, and butterscotch from Oppenheimer USA.
