Here’s a quick overview of how our order processing & shipping work for Nine Times Bakery. In the cart, you can pick the day you want your order delivered and available shipping methods to meet that delivery date. We ship with UPS, and offer pickup at our facility in Garfield Park.

We know that many of you are ordering gifts for loved ones and sending cakes for birthdays. These delivery dates are important, and we will always ship your order in time based on UPS delivery times. At times, UPS does run into delays, so we recommend your select a delivery date a day or two in advance of when you need it.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.

If there is something wrong with your order when you receive it, please let us know! We can either ship a fresh batch or process a refund.
