Here’s a quick overview of how our order processing & shipping work for Nine Times Bakery. We bake all our products to order and generally can ship orders placed before 12:00 (noon) Central Time, Monday - Thursday, for delivery Tuesday through Saturday; We ship with UPS, offer local delivery within Chicago, as well as pick-up at our location in Bucktown.
We do not generally ship orders if they will be in transit on Sunday. That means that, for some destinations, if you order on Thursday, your order may not be delivered until the following week.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.
If there is something wrong with your order when you receive it, please let us know! We can either ship a fresh batch or process a refund.
